European Directive 2011/65/EU “RoHS“ from June 8th, 2011 with regards to amended Annex II of March 31st, 2015
The Directive 2011/65/EU, Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances, in short „RoHS“, regulates the pollutant concentration of specified hazardous substances in electrical and electronic devices. This devices has been put into national legislation by the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act.
Limit values are effective for pollutant concentration of lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls and polybrominated diphenyl ethers in electrical and electronic devices newly put into circulation.
Our company is globally active and considers the protection of the enviroment and of its natural resources as our entrepreneurial responsibility. For us, the realization of the RoHS Directive is a matter of course. That is why DewertOkin GmbH product’s components were and are supervised by close co-operations with our pre-suppliers.
Hereby we, as DewertOkin GmbH, confirm that our products as well as its components are in conformity with Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Councile of 8 June 2011 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
This declaration replaced the declaration of RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC from July 1st, 2006.
