The new powerful generation of MEGAMAT single drives

The MEGAMAT 10 is Dewert’s new generation of drives. It is ideally suited for use in all medical applications. The single drive is particularly powerful thanks to the push force of up to 6,000 N and a pull force of up to 3,000 N. Its adjustment speed is 28 mm/s and its stroke length is up to 425 mm. Moreover, the high IPX6 protection makes the MEGAMAT 10 very resistant against external influences. Thanks to its compact and extremely stable construction, this single drive is even suitable for applications in confined spaces.

Maximum versatility and safety

This versatile single drive features only with an optimal price-performance ratio but also many configuration options: These include clevises, stroke pipe and gear adapter head in die-cast zinc, as well as a Hall sensor. For safety options, the MEGAMAT 20 is available with a temperature fuse, safety spindle nut and emergency lowering mechanism with a maximum 2,000 N pull force. Thanks to these characteristics, the MEGAMAT 10 is ideal for adjusting beds in nursing facilities and clinics.
