versatile control unit for medical applications

With the control unit MC17 up to four drives and two handsets can be operated. The first-fault-proof MC17 not only offers integrated SMPS and CAN-Bus-Technology, but also a compact design that is optimal for use in the demanding medical sector. The product is designed for direct mounting on to the single drives MEGAMAT 2 and MEGAMAT 5. The control type is a relay circuit.

Equipment options include a battery connection for operation in the event of a power failure and a 29 V DC connection for peripherals such as external light sources. A mains connection cable with earthing is also available. Moreover, the configuration and readout of service and sensor data is available.
